Présentation
The Resource Impact Dashboard (RID) was developed as main results from the r4d project “Measuring the development outcome from resource extraction”, with successful testing in four mines in Burkina Faso and Mozambique. The RID is an instrument to support evidence-based policy deliberations in resource extraction areas. To promote uptake of the RID and the application in mining sites in other resource rich countries in Africa, this project will promote the RID through in-depth workshops with key stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors as well as from development agencies involved in resource governance and local academic institutions in four additional countries in Africa coupled with implementation support.
