Project Objectives
THE PROJECT AIMS TO IMPROVE THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM OF THE LOW AND MIDDLE MOULOUYA AREA, EQUPIED AT ABOUT 72,000 HA. TO PROTECT MOHAMMED V DAM AND HAMADIPROJECT, AND THE AREA DOWNSTREAM FROM THE DAM AGAINST FLOODS AND SILTING-UP.

Project Description
THE PROJECT CONSIST OF CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCE COMPACTED CONCRETE DAM ON MOULOUYA RIVER WITH A CAPACITY OF ABOUT 400 MILLION M3. IT INCLUDES PREPARATION WORKS AND MECHANICAL WORKS FOR THE DAM, AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF THE DAM.
