Résumé
The Mediterranean basin presents a hot and dry climate, characteristic of the region. The isotopic composition of the meteoric water depends on the key processes governing the isotopic fractionation, enrichment and depletion. The meteoric water line presents the covariance between the stable hydrogen (δ2H) and oxygen (δ18O) isotope composition of precipitation. The interpolation of the estimated local meteoric water lines’ parameters allows the calculation of those at unsampled locations.
