Résumé partiel
The Kubuqi Desert is the seventh largest desert in my country, and moisture is an important limiting factor in this region.Artemisia desertorum communities are widely distributed on fixed sandy,semi-fixed sandy and mobile sandy in the Kubuqi Desert, and are one of the most representative natural building vegetation types in this region. It has important ecological functions and resource utilization value, and plays a key role in the stability and continuous restoration of desert ecosystems.Previous studies have suggested that water is one of the potential drivers of the succession of Artemisia desertorum at different fixed stages, however, there is currently a lack of systematic studies on the water use characteristics of Artemisia desertorum communities at different fixed stages. This paper takes Artemisia desertorum communities at different fixed stages in the Kubuqi Desert(Fixed sandy Artemisia desertorum community,Semi-fixed sandy Artemisia desertorum community,Mobile sandy Artemisia desertorum community)as the research object, use stable isotope method, infrared gas exchange method, lysimeter method and other methods in the 2020 growing season(July-October)and 2021 growing season(MayOctober),determine the water source, water use efficiency and community evapotranspiration water consumption of Artemisia desertorum community at different fixed stages, combined with meteorological factors, soil water content and community characteristics investigation, systematic analysis of water use characteristics of Artemisia desertorum communities at different stationary stages, exploring the ecological adaptation mechanism of water use during the succession of Artemisia desertorum, provide theoretical basis for rational utilization of sandy land resources and desertification control. The main results and conclusions are as follows:1.Significant differences in biomass of Artemisia desertorum community at different fixed stages in Kubuqi Desert, the aboveground biomass of Artemisia desertorum community in semi-fixed sandy was significantly higher than that in mobile sandy, the underground biomass of Artemisia desertorum community in fixed sandy is significantly higher than that in mobile sandy. The fixed sand Artemisia desertorum community allocates more biomass to the underground growth, and its underground biomass accounts for 69.93% of the total biomass, which is significantly higher than the semi-fixed and mobile sandy Artemisia desertorum communities, however, there was no significant difference in the ratio of underground biomass to total biomass in semi-fixed and mobile sandy Artemisia desertorum communities, which were 54.07% and 49.18%.2.The soil water content gradually decreased during the succession process from the community of Artemisia desertorum in the mobile sandy to the community of Artemisia desertorum in the fixed sandy
