Résumé partiel
The typical shrublands in Lingwu Baijitan national nature reserve were taken as the study subject to explore the effects of different sand-fixing shrub configuration patterns on herbaceous vegetation and soil characteristics in Ningxia sandy land. This study analyzes the influence of five different sand-fixing shrub configuration patterns(shrubland of Caragana korshinskii, shrubland of Corethrodendron fruticosum var.mongolicum, mixed shrubland of Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron scoparium, mixed shrubland of Caragana korshinskii and Calligonum mongolicum, mixed shrubland of Corethrodendron scoparium and Calligonum mongolicum)on the characteristics of herbaceous vegetation and soil properties, and the relationship between herbaceous plant species diversity and soil characteristics. Results showed that :(1)The species composition of herbaceous layer was simple, and 21 species of herbaceous plants were found, belonging to 21 genera and 5 families with Gramineae,Compositae and Amaranthaceae as the dominant species. Both vegetation height and vegetation coverage had significant positive linear correlation with aboveground biomass(P<0.05).The community density, coverage and aboveground biomass of herbaceous vegetation in Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron scoparium mixed plot were the highest, and there were significant differences between other plots.(2)Corethrodendron scoparium and Calligonum mongolicum mixed sample plot had the highest species richness at 7,significantly higher than that of Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron scoparium mixed sample plot(P<0.05),no significant difference with the other three,The Simpson dominance index of Caragana korshinskii and Calligonum mongolicum mixed sample plot and Corethrodendron scoparium and Calligonum mongolicum mixed sample plot was significantly higher than that of the other three species.Shannon-wiener diversity index of Corethrodendron scoparium and Calligonum mongolicum mixed sample plot was the highest and significantly higher than that of the other four species.(3)The soil water content of the five sand-fixing shrub plots was significantly higher than that of the shifting sand plots(CK)in the three layers of 0-30cm soil(P<0.05).In 0-10cm soil layer, the soil moisture content of Caragana korshinskii and Corethrodendron scoparium and Calligonum mongolicum mixed plots was 0.558%and 0.575%,respectively,significantly higher than that of the other three species. In the 20-30 soil layer, the soil moisture content of Caragana korshinskii and Caragana korshinskii and Calligonum mongolicum mixed plots was significantly higher than the other three.Different sand-fixing shrubs improved the composition of soil particle size, and the soil clay particles of five plots were higher than those of shifting sand samples(CK)
