Résumé
Scientific storage is the key link to improve the modernization level of agricultural industry chain.Through scientific storage,we can not only adjust the supply and demand of the market,but also reduce the loss rate of agricultural products.Potato scientific storage can realize long-term preservation of potatoes,ensures the quality safety and pest control of potato.With the wide application of scientific storage,large potato storage rooms have become an important part of cold and arid area facility agriculture.Up to now,there has been extensive research on the problems associated with cold and arid storage facilities.However,there are few experimental studies and numerical simulation studies on the variation characteristics of temperature and humidity distribution,heat transfer law and mass transfer mechanism in large potato storage rooms.Based on the large potato storage rooms in the cold and arid regions of north China,this thesis conducted experimental on the distribution of temperature and humidity in potato storage rooms.The distribution characteristics of temperature and humidity in different planes along the length direction and the variation rules of temperature and humidity in different regions along the height direction of the same plane were analyzed,and build potato pile model based on porous media theory.The temperature and humidity in the storage room were analyzed by CFD software,and compared with the measured value to verify the accuracy of the model.The specific research results are as follows :(1)The temperature and humidity of the potato storage room change with the external temperature and humidity.However,the fluctuation of temperature and humidity is small,and there is a lag with the change of external temperature and humidity.Due to the attenuation of heat transfer and delayed attenuation and heat storage wall,the maximum and minimum temperature appear at7:50-8:10 and 14:50-15:10.This is mainly because the wall has the function of heat transfer attenuation and heat storage.The maximum temperature and minimum temperature of different planes appear at about 7:50-8:10 and 14:50-15:10 respectively.The temperature distribution in the storage room increases gradually along the length direction,and the humidity distribution negatively correlated with the temperature.The temperature difference between the two planes at the same position is 0.10℃-1.00℃,and the humidity difference is 0.5%-1.8%.(2)The temperature and humidity changes in different areas of the same plane are similar,but the amplitude is different.The range of the bottom area is the largest,with the maximum temperature difference of 0.80℃ and the maximum humidity of 28.0%.Secondly,the fluctuation rate of temperature and humidity curve in the middle region is more significant than that in the top region,and the maximum temperature difference and humidity difference are 0.30℃ and 5.0% respectively.The range of temperature and humidity in the top area is the smallest,with the maximum temperature and humidity difference of 0.18℃ and 4% respectively.It is mainly due to the enhancement of potato respiration and the generation of heat.Under the condition of small potato pile gap,heat accumulation at the bottom is not easy to emit,leading to the increase of indoor temperature.(3)CFD simulation method was used to simulate the distribution of temperature and humidity in the storage room.The error between the simulated value and the measured value was small,which verified the feasibility of the model.The model can accurately represent the characteristics of temperature and humidity change in the storage room,and provides a theoretical basis for temperature and humidity control in the storage room
