The purpose of the initiative is to support entrepreneurship development and employment creation for women entrepreneurs with a focus on helping women to enter or grow in the leather sector in Addis Ababa.

Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high-value added and labour-intensive sectors
