Présentation
In the period from November 2015 until June 2016 21 female entrepreneurs from Zimbabwe participated in a training and mission program. The training program was focused on personal development and improvement of the companies. The misson to The Netherlands was also a learning journey but also a trade mission. A number of the ladies have secured export leads and are preparing to export their products to the Netherlands. Others are purchasing technologically advanced and efficient equipment from the Netherlands which significantly reduces their costs of production. Most of them have benefited from ideas on new product development and are currently experimenting with research institutions on developing new products for the local market.
