The overall impact of the program is to contribute to a reduction in mortality and morbidity associated with acute malnutrition amongst children under five and women in arid and semi-arid lands of Kenya. The consortium has designed a program with four outputs that will lead to the outcome of sustained reduction in under-five prevalence of acute malnutrition, ultimately benefitting the overall health of beneficiary communities.
