Descriptif
This project will address the urgent need to provide food and non-food assistance to the crisis-affected population in Gaza Strip in response to the protracted crisis that continues in Gaza Strip and the recent emergency situation. This humanitarian action aims to contribute to enhancing food security and protection status of conflict-affected population in the Gaza Strip. Thus, the main sector of intervention is food security that will be addressed through distribution of unconditional but restricted cash assistance in the form of food vouchers to 390 households. The target group will be of severe socioeconomic vulnerabilities associated with poor access to food. Gender and inclusivity are key cross-cutting issues in this project. The project is related to IRPAL strategic objective 1 “Alleviate the suffering and enhance resilience of vulnerable and crisis-affected communities”.
