IRPAL is always keen to tackle the pressing and essential needs of poor and needy families to achieve its goals in alleviating part of the suffering of the Palestinian community in the Gaza Strip. Throughout this project, IRPAL will address problems that poor families face during winter and rainy season, to do this, the following will be done : ? Poor families will be provided with winter clothes, house needs of blankets, mattresses, and other needs like hearths ? Houses that need rehabilitation to be able to face difficulties in winter will be repaired including : Repairing or replacement of bad ceilings that leaks rain inside house. Also bad windows and doors that let rains and cold air inside the house will be repaired or replaced, and bad electricity, water and sanitation networks will be upgraded.
