Présentation
A + G van den Bosch B.V., in a joint venture with a local partner, has set up a beef tomato farm in Tunisia for export to the Netherlands and/or Europe with the support of PSI ; the first growing season is successful. A local investor is interested in investing in diversification and expansion of tomato cultivation at this location.

The general objective of the study is to accurately, fully and in detail visualize and prepare a substantial investment in tomato growing in Tunisia so that the investor can make an informed investment decision, external financing can be obtained and the project can be carried out within the investment budget and operating forecasts. A study is needed to determine which tomato varieties (vine tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, round tomatoes, plum tomatoes, snack tomatoes and / or beef tomatoes) will be grown, which type of greenhouse is most suitable for this, which climate and water technology will be needed for this, how the investment can be phased, how optimal use can be made of investment facilities in and with regard to Tunisia, on what basis the investor will invest and participate in Tunisia, and how the project can be financed, making use of DGGF loan and guarantee facilities.

The objective of this investment preparation study is to carefully, completely and in detail visualize and prepare a substantial investment in tomato cultivation in Tunisia so that the investor make a well-considered investment decision, external financing can be obtained and the project can be implemented within the investment budget and exploitation forecasts.
