Présentation
The key objective of this project is to provide a lifesaving health response to the cholera outbreak in drought-affected counties in Mandera, Marsabit, Turkana, Wajir, and Garissa, as well as in the Dadaab refugee camps in the Kenyan northern corridor. This WHO project provides epidemiological surveillance and laboratory support, case management, infection prevention and control (IPC), water, hygiene, and sanitation (WASH) support, and risk communication and community engagement. In total, the project targets 275,365 people, including 13,768 men, 55,073 women, and 206,524 children. 6,196 persons with disabilities are also supported.
