Présentation
The main objective of this project is to provide food security and nutrition assistance to internally displaced persons, host community members in Ansongo, Bandiagara, Bankass, Bourem, Douentza, Gao, Koro and Menaka. This WFP project distributes over US$1.8 million in cash transfers and provides treatment to children suffering from moderate acute malnutrition. The food security component of this project provides humanitarian assistance to 48,200 people, including 24,600 women, 23,600 men, and including 2,700 persons with disabilities. The nutrition component of this project provides humanitarian assistance to 321,000 people, including 279,000 women, 42,000 children, and including 16,000 persons with disabilities.
