Résumé _ The CARE r4d project will disseminate research evidence generated by five r4d projects, building on and expanding their own transdisciplinary networks. The selected proven and innovative dissemination and network building methodologies are expected to increase knowledge transfer to end users, while contributing to the consolidation of an emerging international network working towards an agroecological transition of the food systems in West Africa.
