The conflict affecting Syria is now entering its fifth year and the humanitarian situation in the country has continually worsened in the past year. The war in Syria has become a protracted conflict with ongoing fighting throughout the country Humanitarian needs in Syria have increased twelvefold since the beginning of the crisis, Some 12.2 million people are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance inside Syria, including 5.6 million children. During this period fighting has been increased between all armed groups in many areas which led to a huge displacement of people and the needs has been increased. Therefore , through a winterisation project, Islamic Relief Syria operation will participate in alleviating suffering of the Syrian community by supporting them with different winter items such blanket , tents , mattresses , plastic sheet and winter clothes
