The project represents one of the IR Yemen interventions that aims to reduce the suffering of severely conflict affected people in Sanaa , Saada Taiz and Amran , through providing winterization items to 2950 IDPs and orphan families . The project will have two models for implementation . IRY sponsored orphans will be given coupons to be exchanged for clothes and other winterization items from whole sellers in Saada and Sanaa . IDPs in Amran and Taiz will be provided with winterization kits consisting of 2 blankets , 2 mattresses and clothing package )
