Description _The project will be jointly implemented by three UN organizations (UNFPA, UNICEF, UNAIDS) with support from Iranian authorities. UNICEF will act as lead partner and administrator. The project will set up youth centers aimed at vulnerable youth and women. The centers will encourage the use of integrated sexual and reproductive health services by the most vulnerable people, free of coercion, discrimination and violence. The health aspect approach will offer the opportunity to empower adolescents to increase their social and political participation and exercise their rights. The project will also provide an opportunity to advance structural changes through providing support to both policy makers and service providers in Iran. .
