Présentation
The project aims to increase the employment of youth, both women and men, in leather sector in Ethiopia by improving technical vocational education and direct support in finding a job or start their own business with the special emphasis to people with disabilities in Wolayta and Gedeo Zone, SNNPR, Ethiopia.

To 200 unemployed youth will be given a long-term and short-term training, counseling, life skill training and other practical skills. Successful graduates will be able to start their own business or to get a job in one of the leather enterprises. Among others, a siginificant number of women and people with disabilities will benefit from the project activities.
