Présentation
The project contributes to the SDG 6 : make water and sanitation rights a reality. The main focus is on the state administration to use actively the hydrogeological maps of scale 1 : 250 000 when planning the water supply system in Ethiopia.

Main activities consist of the compilation of hydrogeological and hydrochemical maps including explanatory notes that will be made public on the partner organization’s website (GSE) and furthermore disseminated across Ethiopian regions. The project also aims at strengthening the capacities in research and evaluation of underground water sources, compilation of hydrogeological and hydrochemical maps as well as their interpretation for practice.
