Présentation
Based on the previous project “Alternative Solutions for the Development of Crop Production in the Desert Regions of Mongolia“, this project builds on the existing activities and on further investigation carried out in the region. The project is aimed at developing advisory services and distribution of agricultural inputs. The specific objectives of the project are : (1) construction / provision of facilities for an advisory center (office, storage, technical facilities and equipment, fields for growing crops, greenhouse, water source) based on selection of the site with a regard to long-term sustainability, (2) establishing an advisory system in Dornogobi with a perspective for institutionalization within the state or non-state structures, and (3) establishing individual development, advisory, consulting, or demonstration activities of the advisory center.
