Présentation _The project partners would like to introduce the first high quality refinement and manufacturing facility for gold and silver jewellery and ornaments located in Hebron, the Palestinian Territories. They will substitute products and services which are currently imported or outsourced abroad. During the PSI project the partners will focus on : * Refinement, analysis, recovery and recycling services, * Design, prototyping and master model services, * Gold jewellery and ornament manufacturing from refined and recycled gold.

The design services will also focus on the export market, with an initial focus on Jordan and the Gulf countries. The plant will be ISO 14000 certified. The applicant is the Turkish company Odessa, established in 2007 and specialised in manufacturing and exporting gold and silver jewellery and ornaments worldwide with a specific focus on the Gulf countries. Odessa employs ten persons. Odessa partners with the local company Al-Sayyed Jewelry Company, a qualified manufacturing company of different types of jewellery and golden ornament. The company started trading in 1984, but is officially established in 1992 and employs 22 persons. The two companies will set up a joint venture for this project in Hebron.
