Résumé
The dissertation studies on the roots distribution and leaves configuration properties of Peach, Apricot, Plum, Jujube which were growing in arid-desert area. The changes of physiological indexes were studied under drought stress and releasing from stress. The results were as follows:1. Roots observation shown : in arid-desert area, the roots distribution of Peach and Plum were similar. The roots amount of D(Diameter) >1mm and 1mm 3mm.2. Four stone fruits drought-resistance were judged by comparing leaves parameters, the order was Apricot >Jujube >Plum >Peach.3. The order of separating leaves water contents of four stone fruits was Peach>Jujube > Apricot > Plum after losing water 36 hours. The order of separating tress water contents was Apricot > Peach >Plum > Jujube.4. Water contents in soil were decreased 65.2%-69.5% compared with check(ck) under drought stress, and in drought 15th day water content in soil average value was 7.32%.5. Four stone fruits leaves water contents presented descendent tendency under drought stress, and resumed after irrigating. Dropping extent and speed of Jujube were the slowest than others, Apricot was the second, Plum and Peach dropped obviously.6. Four stone fruits cell membrane injury rate were ascending tendency under drought stress, and resumed after irrigating. Apricot and Jujube cell membrane injury rate were lower than Peach and Plum.7. Four stone fruits chlorophyll (chl) contents were decreased and resumed somewhat lowlier than ck under drought stress. In drought 9th day, the descendent extent of chl content was broaden, and the descendent extent of chlb was greater than that of chla.8. Four stone fruits proline contents were the tendency of “earlier increasing afterwards decreasing” under drought stress, and resumed swiftly after irrigating. The order of proline accumulation capability was Peach>Jujube > Apricot > Plum.9. Four stone fruits soluble sugar contents were increased under drought stress, and decreased after irrigating. The order of soluble sugar increasing extent was Jujube > Apricot > Plum> Peach.10. On the basis of the correlative relationship between every index and cell membrane injury rate, the data Fuzzy Function was used to conclude four stone fruits integrative drought-resistance, the result shown that the order of DA value was Jujube ≈ Apricot > Plum> Peach.
