Résumé
Climate change and its impact have been paid more attention along with water scarcity. Qilian and west Qinling mountains are important water cradle in arid and semi-arid region of Northwest China. We discussed the characteristics of climate change、the relation between climatic elements and annual mountainous runoff which is necessary for ecological restoration and economic construction. We aims at the relation research between climate and mountainous runoff. In Qilian and west Qinlin mountain through the method of trend analysis and test、the wavelet analysis and correlation.The result indicate : The temperature of Qilian mountains and Qinlian mountains shows an obvious increase, the precipitation show an increase in west and middle part of Qilian mountains ; the precipitation show an decrease in east part of Qilian mountains and west Qinling mountains. The temperature show more and longer years of obvious decrease in east part of Qilian mountains and west Qinling, the others most present in 1960s. The years of increasing in west and middle part of Qilian are earlier than east part of Qilian mountains and west Qinling mountains. The precipitation of Qilian mountains show an obvious decrease in pre-1960s, but west Qinling don’t have obvious years. The main period of temperature are 15a, and 11a, the period of 5a preset in Qilian mountains ; the main period of precipitation are 10-13a and 4-6a. The mountainous runoff shows an obvious increase in in west and middle part of Qilian mountains, the others show an decrease. The main period of mountainous runoff are 25a, 8-9a and 4-5a in Qilian mountains, The main period of mountainous runoff are 23-25a,11a and 7a.The relations between temperature and mountainous runoff are positive significant in west part of Qilian mountains, while the others are negative. The west and middle part of Qilian mountains show unobvious relations, the others show obvious. The relations between precipitation and mountainous runoff are obvious positive. The precipitation have an impact on mountainous runoff in west and middle part of Qilian mountains ; the temperature and precipitation have impact on mountainous runoff in east part of Qilian mountains and west Qinling mountains
