The test to Inner Mongolia Dalateqi Kubuqi its desert testing base 26 typical xerophytic shrubs plants based applications subordinate function drought resistance of these materials . Screened more drought angustifolia, collect five different home in Inner Mongolia Department of Elaeagnus artificial simulation of drought stress , explore their differences of drought adaptability and drought resistance of the formation mechanism . The results were as follows : by subordinate function of the five indicators of the 26 kinds of xerophytes analysis , derived naturally arid environment in Inner Mongolia under drought resistance from strong to weak order : Populus > × Hu > mutual leaf Buddleja > Elaeagnus > small fruit Nitraria tip E. moorcroftii > Salix > gordejevii > Salix > Overlord > the hickory > wild apricot > Xinjiang Elaeagnus > silver buffalo fruit > hair cherry > white thorn of tanguticum > handle mandelic > large fruit Nitraria of Big Fruit halophyte Nitraria > mulberry orange Caryopteris mongolica > Mongolia mandelic > the the Helianthemum > Tetraena wood > Ou Li . Under drought stress , the growth of the five family Elaeagnus by suppression, plant height, ground diameter and specific leaf weight , reduce the total biomass , root to shoot ratio increased . Leaf water potential and leaf relative water content decreased with the aggravation of drought stress , and water saturation deficit increased proline content increased . 3 under drought stress , the five pedigrees Elaeagnus active oxygen scavenging system is suppressed , malondialdehyde (MDA) , the relative conductivity increases , POD , SOD activity increased carotenoid content increased under mild water stress , moderate and severe moisture stress decreased . Under drought stress , the photosynthetic capacity of five pedigrees Elaeagnus are suppressed, mainly due to stomatal limitation . The fluorescent indicators Fv / Fm , Yield, qP reduce , qN pressure , indicating that the openness of the PS II reaction center and lower heat dissipation ability . 5 . Using principal component analysis of five pedigrees drought assessment, T1 conditions , the best performance of 04 departments ; , 02 Department of the best performing in the T2 and T3 conditions . , 01 Department of the worst performing in different water stress . Shows that moderate and severe stress strongest Elaeagnus 02 Department of patience and suitable for arid regions is widely sown .
