Résumé
According to the primary eco-environment issues and the need of eco-environment construction, summarized former research, concenptional frame for the integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity was brought forward. Based on the methods of remote sensing and GIS, combining with the former achievements and important investigations on the Loess Plateau, the single factors of the eco-environment were analyzed, and the relative integrative eco-environment database was built. The indicators system of integrative assessment on the Loess Plateau and its relative models were established in the present study. The integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity of the mid of 1980s and the mid-to-late of 1990s were calculated respectively and their space-time dynamic change was analyzed by the integrative assessment models based on mainly improved method of principle components analysis. In the present study the eco-environment quality of the Loess Plateau in a large scale, with more factors and from more periods was estimated seldom in China, which will enhance overall scientific understanding of the eco-environment of the Loess Plateau, provide theory reference for Chinese eco-environment construction, and also offer advanced technologies methods and scientific database for studying the eco-environment of the Loess Plateau. Of course, the present research will display significant implication for keeping the resources and the environment on the Loess Plateau developing in synergic condition, and assure eco-environment safety of China.The present study came to make important results and achievements as the following.1. The brainchild for the integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity was brought forward. Under guidance of sustainable development theory, environment carrying capacity theory and landscape ecology theory, the study processed the integrative assessment of eco-environmental quality in three ways, which were carrying capacity of eco-environment, development capacity of eco-environment, sustainable capacity of eco-environment. The integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity was brought forward made of carrying capacity of eco-environment, development capacity of eco-environment, sustainable capacity of eco-environment by the integrative assessment models.2. The indicators system of integrative assessment on the Loess Plateau was established in the present study. According to the brainchild for the integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity, based on the dynamic analyses of eco-environment factors, the study advanced a mostly perfectly indicators system. The indicators system is made of one index reflecting integrative assessment of eco-environmental qualitity (aim arrangement), carrying capacity of eco-environment index, development capacity of eco-environment index, sustainable capacity of eco-environment index (field arrangment), and 24 indicators.
