Résumé
Tamarix spp. and Populus euphratica maintain the structure and the function of desert ecosystems as the important population and excellent forestation in Xinjiang. This report study basically on the soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria under the canopy of Populus euphratica and Tamarix spp. At the North of Xinjiang and at the south of Xinjiang, the typical trees were chosen for take sample soil from horizontally or vertically and compare with the different area of Xinjiang. The results are as follows :1.At the middle reaches of the Tarim , the soil enzyme activities and the microorganisms populqtion of Tamarix spp. of the rhizosphere under the canopy were significantly higher than the edge of canopy, the order was : rhizosphere > under the canopy > edge the canopy. The results significantly formed the“fertile island”character. The soil enzyme activities and the microorganisms population raised from the rhizosphere , under the canopy and edge the canopy as the canopy increased.2. Six kinds of the soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria changed with the depth in Tamarix spp. at the middle reaches of the Tarim. The soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria were the highest at 0-20cm, then reduced at 20-40cm, and raised at 40-60cm, then gradually reduced at 60-80cm, the lowest at 80-100cm. The results of he soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria at the same soil layer showed that : rhizosphere > under the canopy > edge the canopy. Six kinds of soil enzyme activities have a closed relationship with soil microorganisms population.3. The soil enzyme activities of Tamarix spp. at the North in Fukang showed that : rhizosphere > under the canopy > edge the canopy. The soil enzyme activities are rising with the canopy raised. Six kinds of soil enzyme activities all reduced with the depth.4.The soil enzyme activities of Tamarix spp. in the different area of Xinjiang, the results showed that six kinds soil enzyme activities of each kind both showed that : Big type > Mid-type > Min-type in Luntai and Fukang. The average value of six kinds of soil enzyme activities had notable difference in Luntai, Fukang and Mulei.5.The results of six soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria under the canopy of Populus euphratica ,at the middle reaches of the Tarim, showed that : rhizosphere > under the canopy > edge the canopy. The soil enzyme activities and the soil microorganisms population from hizosphere, under the canopy to edge the canopy were rising with the circumference raised.6.Six kinds of soil enzyme activities and the soil microorganisms population of Populus euphratica all reduced with the depth of soil. The results at the same soil layer showed that : rhizosphere > under the canopy > edge the canopy. Six kinds of soil enzyme activities have a closed relationship with soil microorganisms population at the middle reaches of the Tarim. 7.The six soil enzyme activities of Populus euphratica in the different area of Xinjiang showed different aspect .
