As test materials, to Longjiao pepper in Linze County , Zhangye City , desert solar greenhouse nine different irrigation lower limit ( 40% -80% ) treatment , Drip Irrigation under Different Irrigation Low Limits on organic eco- type soilless culture peppers growing features , the impact of the changes in the physiological characteristics , yield and fruit quality . Obtain the following results : 1. Irrigation lower limit of 70% ( field capacity ) the chili plant height , stem diameter maximum , each growth stage were significantly higher than other treatments ; plant height in the early flowering stage , fruit , full fruit 83.00cm , 87.67cm , 91.33cm , stem diameter of 1.134cm , 1.256cm , 1.349cm ; compared with CK ( 80 % field capacity ) increased by 5.06% , 2.73% , 0.74% and 3.17% , 1.65% , 1.76 % . (2) the pepper root volume with the improvement of irrigation lower limit tends downwards , with the extension of the growth period , the difference between the treatment gradually reduced . Irrigation lower limit of 70% of the pepper plant root volume in each growth period was significantly higher than other treatments , in the early flowering , fruit , the flourishing time root volume 35.8ml , 47.9ml , 54.1ml , compared with CK increase of 50.07% , 39.65 % , 12.24% . (3) With the reduction of the minimum irrigation pepper leaves POD activity , MDA Pro content increased significantly different among treatments . Pepper leaves Fv / Fm, ΦPSII, qP trend first and then decreased with the improvement of irrigation lower limit presented . Irrigation lower limit of 70% pepper leaves Fv / Fm , ΦPSII , qP maximum . Irrigation lower limit of 70% of the highest pepper yield , acres of 4200kg / 13.6% higher compared with the control , a significant difference between the treatments ; pepper fruits of free amino acids , soluble sugar content were significantly higher than other treatments ; Vc content irrigation lower limit of 50 % , 55%, 60% , 65% of the difference between the significantly lower limit of 40% , and irrigation , 45%, 75 %, 80 % , there are significant differences . 6.70% of the field capacity is the lower limit of the Zhangye City Linze County desert area of ??solar greenhouse pepper eco-organic type soilless culture suitable drip irrigation
