Résumé du projet
“Prevention of Land Degradation for Promotion of Sustainable Livelihood by Aziz Eco-Friendly Water Pump in Bazarak and Baad qoul, Panjshir”, focuses on providing the community with access to sustainable water resources for their arable land which is under threat of degradation due to unviability of irrigation water and green cover. Through this project hundreds of hectares of land will be brought under agricultural practices and green cover in the area will increase. Majority of the population living in the area are very poor and involved in agriculture and livestock, but due to unavailability of water, they are unable to have better income from farming and livestock practices. The project will not only improve agriculture and livestock in the areas, but will also provide sustainable livelihood to the community people.
