Desertification is one of great environmental problems to China and The Worlds, we have to take it into account. The expandability of desertification mostly because of unsuitable land use mode, to change this complexion, we should optimize the current land use structure. In our optimum decision-making, ecological factor and economic factor should be considered equally.In this study, we analyzed the connection of ecology and economy in land use depends on GIS and the theories of ecosystem services value. With particular evaluation and quote worthy parameter, we estimated ecological value of given land use mode from 1990 to 2000 in YiJinHuoLuo, a county of Inner Mogilia. The result revealed that 3.5×10×Yuan ecosystem services merit was remained in 1990 and it become 3.3×109Yuan in 2000, the total ecological value in this area reduced 2.1×108 Yuan from 1990 to 2000. The valuation in 1990 is 28.46 times than GDP in the same year but the result of evaluation in 2000 is 2.08 times than GDP at the same time. The decreasing numbers of ecosystem service value in YiJinHuoLuo correspond to 13.4% of GDP in 2000 and equal to 6% of ecological value in 1990 at the same time, the rate of valuation abatement per-year is about 0.6%.Based on spatial analysis to ecological value movement in YiJinHuoLuo, we found it is not balanced and the value in the west of this area is better than the east, especially, the ecological value of some regions in the east is decreasing acutely. Synthesized all of result we got, we come to the conclusion of this area is that YiJinHuoLuo is safe from environmental security and its ecological value is reduced from amount change, depend on numerical value and spatial distributing analysis. But the ecosystem services value is increasing slowly based on area change and the environmental quality in parts of area is exasperated, we should strengthen the ecological construction to mend the environment in the mass.Aimed to adjustment of land use structure in desertification, numeric ecological consequence convenient for make balance between economic and ecological effect. The optimized land use structure should be more rational than usual with integrated ecological and economic influence ; it remained active significance to prevention and cure of desertification
