Urbanization is one of the world’s most important social and economic phenomenon, one attendant economic development, population growth, space expansion and improved living standards four interrelated and mutually reinforcing process, in the course of this series the urban ecological environment increasingly attention. Building a scientific and rational greenbelt system to meet the needs of the living environment and survival, urban coexisting with nature, humanity and nature live in harmony, seeking the city and the environment has become the direction of urban development and common development. Dimension Vegetation Quantity in the study of urban green space and its indicators as a brand-new ideas and theories have been proposed, and in the practice of urban planning and urban greening is proving to be a measure of urban green space ecological functions and urban greening demand total amount of scientific methods and means. With the geographic information system (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) has become increasingly prominent in the urban studies advantage, showing a fast and efficient, scientific and accurate, the results show that the characteristics of the visual image, has become an irreplaceable urban green space research in the study of urban green space important ways and means.
