Expansion of the scale of the dam vegetable industrialization and vegetables nitrate pollution problem on the basis of the field survey, the use of micro-plot experiment, from the point of view of water and fertilizer coupling, focusing on water and fertilizer coupling effects on harvest celery nitrate and The Yield to study different N, P application rate and irrigation volume conditions, the dynamic variation of the the Celery nitrate in the reproductive period, and post-harvest nitrate residues in the 0-40cm soil condition. The field survey results show that the dam area very different new and old dishes celery nitrate content, the old liberated dish more than New Area dish, and excessive serious ; groundwater nitrate pollution trend. Celery strains of different body parts and varieties nitrate content. Be seen from the test results of micro, celery nitrate dynamic variation of the growth period, N, P, W factor is too high, too low is not conducive to the normal growth of the plants, in the amount of horizontal N of 270 P 90 W 4500 better handling. Harvest celery of nitrate and yields results show that the three-factor on have a significant impact, the impact sequence the former W> P> N, the latter for W> N> P, and there is a threshold response.
