Résumé
The thesis researched systematically the characteristics of nutrient resources inaeolian soil, and biological characters of nutrient and the effects of nutrient on yield andquality of Ephedra sinica by methods of chemical analysis, mathematical statistics, greenhouse pot experiment and field-experiment. The result showed that aeolian soil was poorin nutrient. Both total and rapidly available nutrient resources were very scanty. Theabsorb ratio of all kinds of nutrient except boron, manganese, zinc and magnesium wasvery low in bare aeolian soil, and increased in certain range when fertilization increased.Ephedra sinica in aeolian soil was badly need of all kinds of nutrient in order of K, N, P,Fe, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, B, and N, P, K had become limiting factors for Ephedra sinicaplanting. According to changing of biomass of Ephedra sinica, the growth period ofEphedra sinica was divided into four stages : fast growing stage, slow growing stage, thesecond fast growing stage and yield reduction stage. The contents of N, P, K of plantsdecreased in the growing stage of Ephedra sinica, which was related to increasing ofbiomass. Changing of contents of nutrient in aeolian soil had apparent relation withfertilization, and contents of N, P in aeolian soil decreased during growing stage ofEphedra sinica, which was related to absorbing much nutrient with increasing of biomassof Ephedra sinica. But content ofk in Aeoliansoil increased slowly during growing stageof Ephedra sinica, which was related to high original content of K in aeolian soil.Fertilization had apparent effect on yield of Ephedra sinica. There was marked relativitybetween yield and application amount of N, P, K, and sequence of increasing in yield ofEphedra sinica was N>P>K. Analysing mutual effect among K, P, K showed thatcomplementarily effect of N and P on increasing in yield of ephedra sinica was 2.7134,and invert threshold value of effect of increasing in yield between N and P was153.8817kg/hm2. Complementarily effect of N and K on increasing in yield of Ephedrasinica was 1.7544, and invert threshold value of effect of increasing in yield between Nand K was 130.5361kg/hm2. Complementarily effect of P and K on increasing in yield ofEphedra sinica was 1.5466, and invert threshold value of effect of increasing in yieldbetween P and K was 62.9687kg/hm2. In the light of price of N, P, K and Ephedra sinica,the optimal applicationamount of N to Ephedra sinica in aeolian soil was 354.19kg/hm2,and P was 236.11kg/hm2, K was 220.30kg/hm2.The optimum applicationamount of N toEphedra sinica in aeolian soil was 337.26kg/hm2, and P was 218.65kg/hm2, K was204.09kg/hm2. The research also found that application amount of N, P, K had somerelations with content of ephedrine and growth character of Ephedra sinica. The contentsof total nutrient and valid nutrient in aeolian soil were increased distinctly by fertilizingorganic fertilizer and straw etc. The junk construction of aeolian soil was effected visiblyby varied fertilizing measures, and the effect of organic fertilizer was the best, whichcould boost visibly capability of storing water of soil. Fertilizing N, P, K simultaneouslynot only overcame nutrient lack of fertilizing only N, P or N, K or P, K and fertilizing N,P, K solely but also enhanced considerably content of organic matter, fast-working N, P,K in aeolian soil. Compared with fertilizing solely inorganic or organic fertilizer,fertilizing simultaneously inorganic and organic fertilizer could improve total and fast-working nutrient.
