Project description
Contribute to the improvement of the social and economic status of the marginalized artesian groups in four Woredas of Kembata Tembaro Zone. This activity targets a marginalized group of people—potters—in one zone of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People’s Region to empower them through improving their economic status as well as through an intensive behavior change communication approach—community conversation.

Objectifs
1. Increase the percent of artisans who have self-esteem and self-confidence by 75 percent
2. Increase the proportion of people who have positive attitude towards artisan communities by 60 percent
3. Increase the level of income among potter women by 30 percent
4. Increase access to primary first cycle education for 1,200 children of Artisan families
