Présentation
This activity is modeling the impacts of climate change (CC) and the effects of adaptation technologies, such as supplemental irrigation (SI) and other potential Climate-smart practices, on crop productivity of wheat (and possibly) in key cropping regions of Morocco ; biophysical model are being calibrated for assessing the impact of CC on cotton in Central Asia ; data collection for assessing the impact of CC on wheat productivity in Morocco ; survey are conducted on current farm level wheat productivity and farmers’ perceptions and adaptation strategies in Morocco (North Africa) ; analysis of policies and national level strategies of adaptation to climate change are being carried out in Morocco, dissemination workshop is planned in Central Asia ; and analysis of climate change impact on farm income in Tajikistan (Central Asia).
