Descriptif
Promoting an empowered civil society for Tibetan herders in the Sanjiangyuan Region of Qinghai Province, through capacity building, improved dialogue and the demonstration of sustainable development.
Improve the capacity of civil society and their dialogue with local authorities to enable them to actively participate in the effective implementation and monitoring of components of the Sanjiangyuan Region National Ecological Conservation and Development Experimental Zone Master Plan (SMP) in Yushu and Guoluo Prefectures, Qinghai Province, China.

Objectifs
Specific Objectives
* To raise the understanding and capacity of 20 Tibetan Herder Communities (THCs) in the national demonstration site on the implementation of SMP.
* To improve the dialogue of 16 Tibetan Herder Organizations (THOs) with local policy makers and authorities.
* To improve the institutional and technical capacity of 16 THOs through demonstrating pilot projects within the SMP
