Présentation
The project aims at enhancing the adaptive capacity and environmental governance in Jordanian communities that host Syrian refugees through empowering civil society organizations and enhancing opportunities of inclusive engagement of the local community, particularly women and youth, in addressing and advocating for the main environmental challenges facing their society. The project merged out of the fact of the ongoing influx of refugees from Syria into Jordan which is placing a heavy burden on the already strained services and resources in Jordanian host communities, particularly in the northern areas of Jordan
