The project aims at having dialogue with stakeholders and building consensus on strategies for conservation and management of endangered snakes of the Kalahari through a workshop. The workshop will bring together various stakeholders for dialogue and the eventual formation of a legal entity that will facilitate the implementation of the project. In addition, as the group is largely young women, it will accord them a chance to work and handle snakes which are otherwise considered a nuisance by the general public.
