Résumé
In order to study the effects of fertilization on soil nitrogen mineralization, soil fertility and vegetation in desert steppe, the application of N P K and others fertilizations in Inner Mongolia Baotou City Damao Banner Xilamuren degraded desert and this study through 2011 and 2012. Effects of Fertilization on Fertilizer on Stipa breviflora desert steppe soil nitrogen mineralization rate, soil and vegetation. The results showed :(1) N fertilizer, P and NP fertilization significantly increased the N mineralization rate of Desertification Grassland (NP>N10>N5>P>N2.5>CK). P fertilizer, NP and N 10 fertilization can increase soil nitrogen fixation, reduce nitrogen loss to the dangerous environment.(2) N fertilizer, NP and NPK fertilization can improve the content of organic matter and total N of desert steppe soil. P fertilizer, PK fertilizer, NP and NPK fertilization can increase soil total P and available P content. K fertilizer, the content of NK and NPK fertilization could significantly increase the soil total K and available K.(3) N10, NP and NPK treatment, plant community Pielou index, Simpson index was significantly increased compared to control. The plant community diversity index with Shannon-Wiener control has improved, but not significantly.(4) Fertilization improved plant community in desert grassland biomass and plant height. NPK fertilization could improve the plant height of desert steppe. NP fertilization could make the plant aboveground biomass increased significantly, especially the Asteraceae and Chenopodiaceae Plants. NK fertilization could make the plant community underground biomass was significantly increased. Long term application of N10 fertilizer can cause the plant litter was significantly reduced.(5) Through correlation analysis of two results can, in the first year of fertilization process, there was a correlation between soil nitrogen mineralization rate and soil total nitrogen and available phosphorus fertilization, while in the course of second year, there is correlation with the soil total nitrogen and organic matter in the soil nitrogen mineralization rate showed uniform. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus content will affect soil nitrogen mineralization rate
