Bee Honey is food substance produced and stored by certain social hymenoptera insects. It is produced from the sugary secretions of plants or insects, such as floral nectar or aphid honeydew. This product shows the relative differences in its components according to the plant source and environmental conditions prevailing in the region and practices of beekeepers. In view of the nutritional and medical importance of BEE honey, most countries of the world, including Egypt, have standard specifications in order to preserve its properties in the safe and proper limits of consumption. In the last period, there have been some changes in the properties of manure produced in the Egyptian environment Therefore, it is very important to make a periodical analysis of Egyptian beehoney to evaluate its quality situation, including kind and frequency of adulteration, and the effect of the botanical sources, climate conditions and beekeepers practices on these qualities
