Résumé
This thesis investigated new forms of conflict and cooperation which have emerged as a consequence of the process of land demarcation in Maji Moto, Southern Kenya. The data has been analysed using a social capital framework in order to establish links between changes in levels of bonding and bridging social capital and new conflict and cooperation dynamics. This process was undertaken in order to make insights into how thinking around adaptation interventions can be improved and made more conflict sensitive
