Résumé
The karst landform reaches as high as 73% of the total area of Guizhou province. The landform is fragmentation with crest mountains and very thin soil. After the vegetation destruction,this landform is specially easier to cause the soil drought. Moisture is the key question torestorate and rehabilitate. To recover the plant,ecological efficiency and economic efficiency must be considered . Cajanus cajan and Leucaena leucocephala were used t o be inoculated by four species of vesicular-arbuscular(VA)mycorrhizal fungus(Glomus. mosseea, GM). (Glomus. versiforme, GV,) (Glomus. diaphanum, GD) and (Glomus. intraradices, GI) to find whether VA mycorrhizal fungus can improve its drought resistance : and find a new way to recover this ecosgstem . The result were as following :(1) Cajanus cajan and Leucaena leucocephala Can be easily inoculation by four fungus(2) The growth of (Cajanus cajan and Leucaena leucocephala ) are improved .The height ,diameter,leaves and biomass of the plants inoculated were higer than the blank control.(3) The net photosynthetic,WUE was improved .The concentration of soluble suger ,proline leaves of plants increase sigficatly in the inoculated group compared with none-inoculated group.However ,the malondialdehyde concentrion in the leaves of the plants decreses inoculated group. That indicates inoculation Vesicular-arbuscalor mycorrhizal fungus could enhance the plants’ adaptability to the stress of drought.(4) Under water stress, the photosynthetic.WUE of the inoculated group and none-inoculated group were all decreased but the extent of inoculated group decreased less than none-inoculated group. It indicate that inoculation Vesicular-arbuscalor mycorrhizal fungus could enhance the plants’ adaptability to the stress of drought.(5) Under the serious water stress (Glomus. mosseea, GM)showd the best drought-resitence
