Résumé
Shengle development area locates in Inner Mongolia in semi- arid of the west of China. Water resources situation is very grim. How to not only meet the people’s production and living water, but to meet the ecological environment water, it is an urgent problem under the condition of the shortage of water resources. Precipitation, plant transpiration, the content of soil water are the important factors which can impact the consumption of ecological water. Therefore, these factors should be observed in research area, and research the change rules in order to provide the scientific basis for community virescence and the rational distribution of water resource. We observed the precipitation, evaporation and collect the rain by timing and sampling in a fixed-point in Shengle development area in Inner Mongolia. We observed the precipitation, evaporation in open land and under the tree separately, chose the representational plant to observe the transpiration speed, and chose the typical agrotype to observe the content of soil water. From the observation about precipitation in the open air and under the tree in 2006in research area, it shows that : the precipitation under the tree increased along with the precipitation in the open air. In August, when the precipitation in the open air reached the maximal quantity, the precipitation under the tree also reached the maximal quantity. But the precipitation under the tree was bigger than that in the open air in August, because there are some redundant water inflood to the rain fall implement from the branch. The precipitation in the open air is bigger than that under the tree in the other month. From the observation about the quantity of evaporation in 2006 in research area, it shows that : the quantity of evaporation concentrated during April and July, and the maximal month was in May, 278.2mm.From the observation about precipitation in the open air in 2007 in research area, it shows that : the content of atmospheric precipitation in 2007 was smaller than that in 2006 obviously. It changed a lot.The content of effective precipitation is bigger than 4mm on mattess in research area. It can not collect the rain water when the precipitation is smaller than 4mm on mattess and the ratio between precipitation and evaporation is 1:4.We chose the mattess 220,000m2 in total in research area. The quantity of precipitation was maximal in August, 2006. We can collect rain water 37400m3 in the mattess. If we build a reservoir, which is 200 meters long, 100 meters width and 2 meters depth, the collected rain water can be used to irrigation. The water price is 2.8 Yuan every stere and it can save 100,000 Yuan for research area in August. The transpiration speed of the plant is different in different period of time, the arisen time is different about the maximal transpiration speed of the different plant, and the transpiration speed is also different on the diverse part of the plant. In broadleaf species, the transpiration speed of Salix babylonica is bigger than poplar. From the time, the transpiration speed of Salix babylonica and poplar reaches maximum at noon, morning next, least at night. The transpiration speed of spruce, Mongolian Scotch Pine, Caragana Korshinskii Kom., Artemisiadalai–lamaeKrasch. ,Medicago sativa Linn.,and lawn reaches maximum in the morning, noon next, least at night. The transpiration speed of Platycladus orientalis(Linn.) Franco and Sabina chinensis(L.) Antoine (Juniperus chensis L.) reaches maximum at noon, morning next, least at night.Shengle development area in Inner Mongolia locates in semi-arid area. The soil is sand soil, so it has low ability to hold the water. The content of soil water changed with time on the different soil lays and it shows definite rules. In the process of virescence in future, we should dig the water source. On the other hand, we should introduce the plant which can endure dry in the arid place in order to decrease the influence of short precipitation, big evaporation and low ability to hold the water to virescence
