China is one of the most scarce water countries in the world. Water resourse has been bottle-neck to restrict the development of economy and society. The development of agriculture needs a great deal of water, so to solve the use of water is a key problem to both agriculture development and other trades. That ie to say, the development of water-saving agriculture system has significance to relax the supply-needcontradiction of water resourse, as well as to the development of economy and society in China.Minqin Oasis locates lower reaches of Shiyang River in the east of Gansu Corridor of Gansu province, China. It is surrounded by Badanjilin Desert and Tenggeli Desert from east, west and north. And it is the region in which the contradiction of use-water standes out mostly, entironment is most execrable, and water resource is the most restriction factor to the agriculture development in Shiyang River drainage area.In this paper, based on analyse of the development of save-water agriculture domestic and overseas, save-water agriculture in Minqin Oasis has been researched, and some countermeasures and advices have been put forwarded.First, the problems of save-water agriculture in Minqin Oasis have been analyzed. That is, the contradiction of use-water very standes out ; irrigation is inefficient in using water ; irrigation technology gets behind, as well as the management of irrigation ; rapid increase of population restrictes the agriculture development ; popularization of save-water technology is blindfold in some degree.Second, some countermeasures and advices have been put forwarded. 1) a mathematical model of corp optimization-irrigation has been set up. The model supplied theoretical thereunder to corp optimization-irrigation in Minqin Oasis ; 2) according the characteristic of geography and weather, Minqin Oasis has been plot out four planting districts. That is, grain and fruit planting district, grain and economy tree planting district, economy tree planting district and farming-herd tree planting district. 3) in order to use water resource rationally in whole drainage area, to set up rational manage mechanism of using water ; 4) to develop sunlight greenhouse, implement population-move policy solve the contradiction of supply-needcontradiction of using water resourse ; 5) to reform popularize system of save-water agriculture technology forms a better circulation mode.
