Résumé
This study was to measure methane production of Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats when fed 5 different pastures by using in vitro gas production method(IVGPT) and SF6 tracer technology(in vivo), a regression equation was established between in vitro and in vivo. The dry matter intake and dietary botanical composition of grazing Cashmere goats was determined by alkane marker method, according to dietary botanical composition and utilized IVGPT to predicted methane production, methane production of grazing Cashmere goats can be calculated through the correction of IVGPTPart 1 In this trial 4 Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats were selected, methane production of Cashmere goat fed alfalfa, Astragalus adsurgens Pall, couch grass,corn silage and Straw 5 different forages was determined respectively in vivo, meanwhile methane production of that was determined by IVGPT, then regression equation of methane production was established between in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that :(1)Methane production of 5 different pastures were 29.43、27.14、28.36、28.52 and 25.18 L/kgDMI in order. (2) Methane production measured by IVGPT were 28.87、24.12、26.61、27.63 and 23.82 L/kgDM in order. (3) The established regression equation between in vivo and in vitro was : y = 0.684x + 9.798(R2 = 0.840).Part 2 6 inner Mongolia Cashmere goats were selected to detected intake and dietary botanical composition at grazing condition by alkane method at different stages(young,properstry and hay stage), meanwhile the normal nutrient ingredient and grazing capacity were detected.The results showed that :(1)The protein content of pastures were 16.22、17.00and 9.89% at different grazing stages, were higher than the reported value (8.87%) that ideal fine wool production performance requairment.(2) Theory grazing capacity of grassland was 19.78, 2.52, 3.51Mu per goat at different grazing stages in order, the real grazing capacity at young stage of pasture was 17.78 Mu per goat, was a little higher than theory value. (3) Dietary botanical composition at young stage were Carexkorshinskyi, Artemisia halodendron,Stipa breviflora, Iris bungei maxim and Peganum harmala L, Stipa breviflora and Carexkorshinskyi taken for 85% ;Dietary botanical composition at prosperity stage were Setaria viridis,Poa annua L., Caltrop and Peganum harmala L. Gramineae Zygophyllaceae taken for 79% ; Dietary botanical composition at hay stage were Artemisia scoparia,Artem isia annuaL and Carexkorshinskyi, Artemisia scoparia and Artem isia annual in Compositae take over 80% of dietary composition. (4) Dry matter intake of grazing Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats in desert steppe at different grazing stages were 0.779, 0.845 and 1.632kgDM/d in order.Part 3 Methane production was determined by IVGPT according to botanical composition of Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats at different grazing stages,and corrected by the above regression equation, methane production at different grazing stages of Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats were16.76,19.02 and 33.92 g/d in order ; convert to methane production of standard body weight was 30.52 g/d,methane discharge ratio was 11.1398 kg/a, was higher than the reported value 7.05kg/a in“Plait method for Global climate change and Greenhouse gases inventory”
