Résumé
In order to investigate the effect of desert plant specialized organic fertilizer in Haloxylon ammodendron seedling’s germination,dynamic change of seeding growth,the accumulation of Na+ and K+ in the plant,we applied special organic fertilizer in H.ammodendron seedling at Alxa Right Banner and Hangjin Banner in 2015.And to research the effects of desert plant organic fertilizer,we measured the survival rate,growth,Na+ and K+ concentration and soil organic matter content in the rhizosphere of transplanted Haloxylon ammodendron at three experimental plots,Dengmaying viewing area of Wuwei in Gan Su province,Alxa Right Banner and Hangjin Banner in Inner Mongolia province,in 2015.The result showed that :(1)Special organic fertilizer can significantly promoted the density of H.ammodendron,and in Alxa Right Banner the plant length,main stem diameter,main stalk pitch number,branches number of H.ammodendron significantly increased.(2)In Hangjin Banner the plant length,crown diameter,main significant increased.The accumulation of Na+ in the shoot significantly increased at two place,this enhance the H.ammodendron’s drought resistance can.Special organic fertilizer can also increase the accumulation of organic matter in rhizosphere soil.The accumulation of Na+ in H.ammodendron’s rhizosphere soil is not significant increased.(3)Compared with the control and common organic fertilizer,the desert plant organic fertilizer made the survival rate of transplanted H.ammodendron were increased by 68.3% and 27.8%,respectively,furthermore plant height,branches number,crown diameter,root length and taproot diameter significantly increased at Wuwei.At Alxa Right Banner,the survival rate of transplanted H.ammodendron were increased by 16.4% and 7.6%,respectively,moreover plant height,branches number,root length and taproot diameter significantly increased.At Hangjin Banner the survival rate of transplanted H.ammodendron were increased by 31.8% and 8.8%,respectively,besides branches number,crown diameter,root length and taproot diameter significantly increased.(4)Plants accumulated more Na+ in shoot and biomass increased after desert plant organic fertilizer application,and accumulation of organic matter in rhizosphere soil is increased too,however the surplus Na+ in desert plant organic fertilizer didn’t leached to soil.So,the desert plant organic fertilizer can improve the drought tolerance of H.ammodendron effectively,and it can be widely used in desertification control.
