Potato late blight,flax fusarium wilt and sunflower sclerosis spread to the relevant crop production has brought serious losses.Application of chemical pesticides is the main way of prevention and treatment of these pathogens.But in recent years,the use of a large number of chemical pesticides has caused serious environmental pollution,and a great threat to human health.Compared with chemical pesticide control,biological control has the advantages of pollution-free and low cost,becoming the most potential means of plant disease prevention and control and possessing great application prospects.Bacteria endospore-producing are the most common group of biocontrol bacteria,and their screening is the basis and key of biological control.In this study,we collected the samples of the root of the plant in the desert areas of western Inner Mongolia,and selected the bacteria endospores-producing using the 95℃water bath.After the purely cultured strains were obtained by streaking,the EZ-BioCloud ratio The results showed that the bacteriostatic effect of potato late blight,flax fusarium wilt and sunflower sclerotinia pathogens could be inhibited by preliminary screening and screening.In vitro experiments,and analysis of its nitrogen fixation,dissolved inorganic phosphorus,dissolved organic phosphorus,the production of iron carrier and the production of plant hormones IAA and other plant growth characteristics.The main results and conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Bacillus sp.Bacteria in the desert group:In this study,a total of 98 strains of Bacillus were divided into three genera,Bacillus,Paenibacillus and Brevibacillus.Among them,there were 81 strains belonging to Bacillus,accounting for 82%of the total bacteria.They were close to 30 different models and had higher diversity.2.the biological control effect:plate confrontation experiments show that can inhibit the potato late blight,flax fusarium wilt and sunflower sclerotinia pathogens a total of 13 spores bacteria ;of which 9 strains belong to Bacillus,3 strains belonging to Paenibacillus,1 belongs to Brevibacillus ;The strain RO0611(Bacillus mojavensis)and 1301(Paenibacillus polymyx)had the best inhibitory effect on Phytophthora infestans,and the inhibitory rate was 91.31%and 84.10%,while the other two the inhibitory effect of RO611 on Fusarium oxysporum was only 16.85%,1301 had no bacteriostatic effect on Fusarium oxysporum,and RO0611 and 1301 had no bacteriostatic effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Paenibacillus polymyza the species 4102,bai strain had a good inhibitory effect on the three pathogens.The results showed that the strains RO0611,1301 and 1601(Brevibacillus formosus)were in good condition in vitro and in vitro.The inoculation rates of in vitro leaves were 56.67%,86.67%and 73.33%.3.Plant growth characteristics:Plant growth characteristics analysis showed that the good biocontrol effect of five spores bacteria have nitrogen fixation,dissolved inorganic phosphorus(calcium phosphate),iron carrier production and production of IAA capacity,and 5 strains of spores Which could not dissolve organic phosphorus(calcium phytate).Among them,4102,bai and 1301 strains of Paenibacillus had strong ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus,and the ability of producing RO0611 strain of Bacillus genus was strong.In summary,the spore bacteria in the desert soil have a high diversity,most of which are Bacillus ;some of them have good ability to inhibit potato late blight,flax fusarium wilt and sunflower sclerotinia pathogens,and also have the good plant growth characteristics(nitrogen and phosphorus,etc.)provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for potato late blight,flax fusarium wilt and sunflower sclerotia biological control and promote the development of related industries,which is of great significance
