Résumé
This article as the typical distribution of artificial and natural forests an object in arid regionform shaanxi to inner mongolia (including sub-humid northern Shaanxi Loess Hilly Region - Huangling, Shanbei semi-arid loess hilly region - Yan’an, semi-arid, windy and sandy areas in northern Shaanxi - Jingbian, semi -arid hilly region of Inner Mongolia - Wuchuan), by determinating the soil enzyme activitys and the microorganism carbon of the pure and mixed forests, researched and analyzed the soil biochemistry nature space variation rule in different regions and the different species of woodlands, soil biochemistry nature relevance and the soil biochemistry nature polarization at present situation among the different forestlands, for instructing the local forest management and operation and the pure forest transformation, preventing and controlling forest soil degeneration orThe polarization provided the theory basis. The main conclusions obtained were as follows :(1) In different forestlands, the distribution of the soil enzyme activitys and the microorganism carbon mainly focused in the soil surface, in which sucrase﹑the amylase﹑the dehydrogenase﹑the urease and the microorganism carbon were focused obvious in the soil surface.(2) The soil enzyme activitys and the microorganism carbon content of the different pure forest species in the same regions and the same pure forest species in the different regions performanced : the difference on the catalase, the dehydrogenase and the urease enzyme activity was not obvious, but the difference on the peroxide enzyme, the sucrase, the amylase, the phosphatase and the protein enzyme activity and the microorganism carbon content was obvious ; Generally speaking, the soil enzyme activitys and the microorganism carbon content were high in the oriental arbor-vitae﹑the locust and the Liaodong oak forestland of Huangling, the white elm﹑Chinese poplar﹑Chinese pine and oriental arbor-vitae forestland of Yanan, the lemon strip﹑ Chinese poplar and dryland willow forestland of Jinbian, white elm﹑Chinese poplar and larch forestland of Wuchuan(3) Mixed forest compared with the corresponding pure forest, the indicators of soil biological characterization followed by pure broad-leaved > mixed forest > pure coniferous in Huangling ; the soil catalase﹑amylase and dehydrogenase activity followed by mixed forest > pure forest in Jingbian ; the indicators of soil biological characterization followed by mixed forest > pure forest in Wuchuan.(4) There was a high relevance among forestlands soil biochemistry nature, The relevance of majority of Indicators achieved the extremely remarkable level in Huangling,the soil enzyme relevance beteween phosphatase and sucrase﹑phosphatase and catalase﹑amylase and peroxide achieved the extremely remarkable level in Yanan ; the soil enzyme relevance among urease and amylase with other biochemistry indicatora achieved the extremely remarkable level ; the relevance Between enzyme and amylase﹑enzyme and phosphatase achieved the extremely remarkable level in wuchuan forestland. Generally speaking, the relevance in Huangling was best, next was Jinbian and Yanan, wuchuan was worst.(5) Majority pure forest occured moderate polarization, in which, Chinese poplar and the white birch in Huangling occured negative moderate polarizes, Chinese pinus montana of the Huangling and the white birch of the Yan’an and Chinese pine pure forest of the Wuchuan occured negative strong polarization, these pure forests could cause the forest land soil biochemistry nature worsening.(6) Generally speaking,different pure forests anti-soil biology nature polarization ability followed : Chinese poplar > white birch, Chinese pine > oriental arbor-vitae > locust ; Obviously, the anti-polarization ability of the Chinese poplar﹑the white birch﹑Chinese pine was strong, could obviously improve the forest land soil biochemistry nature, that also was precisely explained the most widespread reason on its distributes in arid regionform shaanxi to inner Mongolia
