Résumé
The most serious desertification of our country mostly occurred in northern areas of arid, semi-arid areas. Desertification to the original conditions of the fragile ecological environment has continued to worsen, leading to the area of ecosystems to reduce the amount of biological production, resulting in the use of land resources can be substantial loss. In these areas, high vegetation cover less than 30%, while more than 70% covered with a broad range of algae, lichens, fungi, mosses and other cryptogams dominated biological crust formation.The existence of biological crust an increase of arid zone ecosystems biodiversity, that has an important role for the stability of the soil, nitrogen-fixing capacity, soil fertility, topography and water circulation. But in the past thirty years the study of biological crust has been concentrated in this region only, but such studies is unknown to the world three -Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. However, in recent years as economic development in pastoral areas of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the population increase, overgrazing is a serious problem, a large area of grassland degradation happened. Thus, the Qinghai-Tibet plateau may even develop into the fourth dust source of our country. Because of special geographical conditions, occurred in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau biological crust may be different in arid, semi-arid areas. The biological crust study of the area, both in theory and in practice will have great significance. To this end, the project will be problem for alpine meadow desertification in order to expand space-time substitution of biological crust species composition and distribution of species changes in the basic research, so as to biological crust theoretical research and to provide basic information on desertification control.This study includes field inspection, sampling, laboratory training and the type of identification for areas of Gannan grassland desertification biological crust. It is the first more detailed investigation of the species composition and ecological distribution in the region. This article includes:1. Find out a suitable biological crust research experimental methods ;2.I carried out to cultivate and identification of the sampling algae ;3. Selection of the three local species suitable growth medium.This job of biological crust provides first-hand informations for future follow-up study of algae, and that also have laid a foundation system for algae cultivating of desertification and artificial implant technology in the field.
