Résumé
Contribute to poverty reduction and consequently to the settlement of populations and the reduction of irregular migrations (especially to Europe)

Objectifs
1. Develop economic opportunities and the creation of jobs in the artisanal sector for micro-entrepreneurs from the informal sector, with a focus on women and youth, through the promotion of exports ; 2. Enable regional and international migrants to return by developing professional training opportunities with certified qualifications in view of immediate employability.
